TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By sending me a commission application, it implies that the Client had fully read and understood my Terms and Conditions and therefore you are responsible to abide by the agreements presented below.
GENERAL
⟡ To reserve a slot, fill up the form provided. Client is required to provide clear and detailed brief/instructions about what you want done, like character, a fanart, OCs etc. Attach image references for me to better visualize what you want.⟡ Commissions are first come, first serve basis.⟡ Artworks will be done in my style only. Do not commission me to imitate other artists' style.⟡ I don't normally accept rush commissions but if really needed, it will be 2x the original price.⟡ I have the right to decline a commission for whatever reason.⟡ The Artworks produced are Digital assets/goods and doesn't need to be shipped.⟡ Communication and updates will be done through email. This is for better documentation of transactions to protect both parties, since messages in chat can be deleted. It's also more professional that way.⟡ I will only start working on your commission after I received Full Payment. So think carefully before you commission me. Please do not avail my services if you're not 1000% sure.⟡ Removal of watermark is strictly prohibited⟡ Final output will be sent via email
PAYMENT
⟡ I only accept payment through Paypal⟡ Once commission is approved, I will send a Paypal Invoice.
COMMISSION PROCESS
⟡ I will send an email once I've confirmed your commission.⟡ I will start the sketch based on the instructions client has provided and will be subject to their feedback/approval before I start rendering. So all major changes should be done in the sketching stage, and should be finalized before I start rendering.⟡ Client is awarded 3 revisions granted that the changes are within the initial instructions. Extra fee will be charged to anything beyond that (major changes) and changes that are completely different from the initial instructions such as:
◈ Changing the gender of a character
◈ A completely different concept from what was initially discussed
◈ Changing the character's entire pose when rendering is already done
THIS IS WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO FINALIZE EVERYTHING DURING THE SKETCHING STAGE.⟡ I will send you an update on the progress of your commission, with screenshots included.⟡ Turnaround Time (TAT) is 90 days
Note: This doesn't mean I will use up all that time to work on your commission piece, this all depends on how detailed the artwork is and to give myself an allowance in case of unforeseen events. We will have constant communication through email.⟡ Once completed, the client will receive a high resolution images in png format, via email. Note that the Raw files (PSD) is not included.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION
⟡ Strictly No refunds once I start working on your commission.⟡ If the client hasn't sent over the full payment after a week of correspondence, they or I have the right to cancel the commission.⟡ I will only issue a full refund (I) If for whatever reason, I am unable to finish the commission. (II) If I haven't started the commission.⟡ Please note that the refund will only be equal to the amount I have received after paying fees. (ex. if you sent $100 and I received $80, The
full refund will be $80.)
copyright/usage
⟡ All artworks produced are subject to client's Personal Use Only and should not be modified or redistributed with my signature/watermark cropped out.⟡ Client is allowed to share artwork and promote themselves with proper credit to artist.⟡ Client is allowed to claim the right of their own characters but not the drawing itself.⟡ Artworks are NOT for Commercial Use unless it's discussed and included in the agreement. ("Commercial Use" fee is included.)⟡ Copyright of all artwork produced still belongs to me and I can post said artworks on my social media and use them to promote my page, with credits to the commissioner if it's a commissioned OC.⟡ If artwork is to be used for commercial purposes, You must purchase the Commercial rights which is twice (2x) the amount of your total commission price⟡ Artworks should NEVER be used to train A.I (Please support REAL Artists.)
